Den legendariske Yakuza boss Kamiura styrer sit territorie med hård hånd og der går rygter om at han nærmest er usårlig. Det er dog tættere på sandheden end man skulle tro, for Kamiura er faktisk vampyr! Men en dag bliver Kamiura dog indhentet af fortiden, da en brutal morder ankommer for at gøre det af med ham. Før han dør når Kamiura dog at bide sin trofaste undersåt, Kageyama. Efterhånden som Kageyamas indre vampyr vågner op bliver han opsat på at få hævn for mordet på hans boss. Men der venter ham en brutal kamp! Filmen er instrueret af den vanvittige Takashi Miike!
